Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

• Be unused;

• Have original tags attached;

• Be in perfect condition;

• Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Customers must contact our support team to request an exchange and receive return instructions.

Returns and Refunds

Returned items must meet the same conditions listed above.

We do not accept returns for:

• Used, washed, or customer-damaged items;

• Underwear or hygiene-related accessories, where applicable.

Refunds will be processed after returned items are received and inspected.
